Falcatifolium sleumeri
This species is till only known from a single collection from the mountains of the Vogelkop Peninsular. Logging is a potential threat that jsutifies a precuationary assessment of Near Threatened.

Taxonomic Notes
Falcatifolium sleumeri is still only known from a single sterile specimen cllected in 1960. It has been distinguished from other Falcatifolium species by its very small leaves and prostrate habit. More field work is required to establish its distribution and taxonomic uniqueness.
Human Uses
No uses have been recorded for this species and it is unlikely to be used given its growth form as a small shrub
